CitySpace designs, builds, and hands over residential, commercial, and industrial buildings across Bangladesh under one turnkey contract — from the first structural drawing to the day you get the keys.
Care Hospital Ltd.Maijdee, Noakhali — G+8
Building construction, delivered by one accountable team
Most construction projects involve a separate architect, structural engineer, and contractor — and separate excuses when something slips. CitySpace designs, builds, and hands over under a single contract, so one team answers for the schedule and the result.
From turnkey delivery to selective project intake and international benchmarks, our approach keeps every stage coordinated, closely supervised, and focused on quality, safety, and lasting value.

About CitySpace, a Dhaka building construction company
CitySpace is a Dhaka-based building construction company working across Bangladesh. For eight years we've built for finance, RMG, healthcare, and technology clients who need international standards of structural design, materials, and safety — and a single contractor they don't have to replace.
We stay selective about the projects we take on. Working with fewer clients at a time means our design and site teams give every project senior attention, and lets us hit handover dates without cutting corners on workmanship.
Our goal is simple: buildings that stand up structurally, cost what they should, and hold up to international scrutiny — delivered by people who show up.
Common challenges in building construction projects, and how we handle them
Most construction projects go sideways in the same six places. Here's what we do about each one.
Handover dates that slip
Delays That Push Back Your Handover Date
We price against a firm bill of quantities before work starts. Any variation, including material price changes, is quoted and approved before it's built, not after.
Budgets that grow mid-project
Unexpected Costs That Increase Your Project Budget
You receive an itemised bill of quantities before work starts, priced competitively against other top-tier firms. Any change is priced before it is built.
Weak soil or unclear structural conditions
Weak Soil and Uncertain Structural Conditions
We run a soil test before finalising the structural design, so the foundation is engineered for what's actually under the plot, not assumed.
Too many contractors, no single owner
Too Many Contractors and No Single Point of Contact
Design, structure, and finishing sit under one contract, with a single point of contact who answers for the whole result.
Global brand, bank and hospital standards
Strict Standards for Brands, Banks, and Hospitals
We work directly with brand consultants and regulators, and document materials, structural safety, and compliance to the standard your head office expects.
Disruption to an occupied site or building
Construction Disruption to Your Operating Site
We plan renovation and extension work around your operating hours, phase the work zone by zone, and keep noisy trades to after-hours or weekends.
Why companies choose CitySpace
The reasons clients give for coming back, in plain terms.
One team, one contract
Design, structure, and finishing under a single point of responsibility, with no gaps between vendors.
Schedules that hold
We plan overlapping trades and add shifts from the start when the handover date is fixed.
Ready to work 24/7
Against a tender deadline or a fast opening date, we mobilise extra shifts and work around the clock.
Safe, well-run sites
Environment, health, and safety trained staff, from first excavation to final handover walkthrough.

Straight answers about how we work, how long it takes and where we build.
Ask us something elseWhat is a turnkey building construction service?
A turnkey construction service means one contractor — CitySpace — handles design, structure, and finishing under a single contract. You get one point of contact and one company accountable for the finished building, instead of coordinating separate architects, builders, and suppliers yourself.
How long does building construction take?
Most commercial buildings of 5,000–10,000 sq ft take 8–14 months from approved drawings to handover, depending on the number of floors. Industrial facilities and hospital-grade buildings with technical infrastructure typically run longer. We confirm a project-specific programme after the site visit and soil test.
How much does building construction cost in Bangladesh?
Cost depends on plot size, number of floors, finish level, and services required — a standard residential building and an industrial facility with heavy floor loading price very differently. Share your plot size and requirements and we'll return a budget range within two working days.
Do you work outside Dhaka?
Yes. We've delivered projects in Narayanganj EPZ, Savar, Faridpur, and other locations across Bangladesh, alongside our core work in Dhaka.
Can you extend or renovate a building while it's occupied?
Yes. We plan renovations and extensions in phases around your operating hours, and schedule disruptive trades outside business hours where needed, so your team can stay in the building.
Do you only build, or do you handle structural design as well?
Both. Our in-house design team handles structural design, layout planning, and construction drawings, and our execution team builds from those same drawings — so design intent doesn't get lost between separate firms.
What types of buildings do you construct?
Corporate offices, bank and branch buildings, healthcare and specialised medical facilities, industrial warehouses, showrooms, and headquarters buildings for local and multinational clients.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes. CitySpace is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified, and our site staff are trained in environment, health, and safety practice.

How do I request a quote?
